This presentation will describe how Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) faculty from nine campuses have created a Faculty Learning Community (FLC). The purpose of this FLC is to create a roadmap of the knowledge and skills that make up the core of our programs. This process is helping show how our coursework fits together and help students keep track of their progress and achievements. This will lead to creating a template, badges, or passport and portfolio in which students will have kept track of their work and skills, allowing them to have insight into their learning and to be better prepared to enter their career.
